We collect information about you when you book an appointment for a service, visit the barbershop for a service or treatment, buy a product or apply for a job, whether contact is online, on paper, by email or over the phone.
The information you give us may include your name, address, email address, phone number, IP address and CVs.
For clients under the age of 16, we will only keep and use their personal information with the consent of a parent, carer or guardian.
HOW INFORMATION ABOUT YOU WILL BE USED
In law, we are allowed to use personal information, including sharing it outside the barbershop, only if we have a proper reason to do so, for example:
To fulfil a contract with you ie to provide the service you have requested and to communicate with you about your appointments via Resurva.
When it is in our legitimate interest ie there is a business or commercial reason to do so, unless this is outweighed by your rights or interests
When you consent to it.

BUYING PRODUCTS ON OUR WEBSTORE
When purchasing a product from our website, we collect and process the information that you provide to us directly. Personal data such as your name and contact details will only be used to deliver your purchases and keep you informed of their status. Our lawful basis for processing your personal data in this instance is for the performance of a contract.
To fulfil our legal obligations we use your data to ensure we comply with any requirements imposed on us by law or court order, including disclosure to law or tax enforcement agencies and authorities or pursuant to legal proceedings. Although we endeavour to ensure PayPal will do its best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data entered via ePayment web pages, apps, or portals. Please ensure you refer to their full Privacy Policy before making your payment: Any transmission is at your own risk and you should take the appropriate steps in respect of this risk. For PayPal, the information will be collected and processed by PayPal and PayPal as the payment service provider will authorise your payment, either from your PayPal balance or by contacting the issuer of your registered payment card.
HOW LONG YOUR INFORMATION WILL BE KEPT FOR
North West Barber Co. will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We use this information to refine future email campaigns and provide you with more relevant content based around your activity.
